Akemi’s Studio is pleased to offer one-day and multi-day workshops for small groups of 1-4 people. If you would like to arrange a workshop for a small group, please contact Akemi at aaberice@gmail.com. Below are prices (including material purchase and use of mold*):

Akemi has no public scheduled workshops at this time. Please contact to arrange a private workshop for 1-4 participants.

One-Day Workshops (or two half-days):

• 5” Candy Basket - $210 per person

• 4” Candy Basket - $185 per person

• 3” Candy Basket - $160 per person

Two-Day Workshops (or four half-days):

This is a more intensive class.

• 5” Open-Handle Basket - $360 per person

* basket mold to be returned upon workshop completion

Akemi’s studio offers scheduled classes, as well as privately scheduled classes to meet your schedule for 1-4 people. There is a $5o fee for privately scheduled classes.

Key Details

• Group Size: Private classes fit 1 to 4 people.

• Extra Fee: There is a $50 fee for the privately scheduled class.

• Cost Sharing: The $50 fee is shared by the participants.

Cost Examples

• 1 person: You pay the $50 fee.

• 2 people: You and the other person split the $50 fee ($25 each).

• 4 people: Each person pays $12.50

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be issued if you cancel at least one week in advance.

Inclement weather policy: If a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will reschedule the class. If you cannot make the new time, we will issue a refund.

Private lesson:There will be an additional charge of $50 for each project.
